Do I have to use your blurp app?

No, our devices do not the use of any our or any specific software for operation. Upon receiving your device, the device will be configure to the link you provided.

How do I upload my image/custom design?

Once you purchase the device, you can DM us your logo/design by clicking the image/photo icon on a direct message (DM).

Can I change the actual URL the device is pointing to?

Yes, our devices are not locked and can be reprogrammed at any time using any third-party applications. It's important to note that when reprogramming the device, the QR code itself remains unchanged and cannot be redirected unless it originally points to a third-party website that supports redirection.
